Steppingstone Properties explored the potential redevelopment of an 8-acre under utilized industrial brownfield site in Wyandotte.   The site is within an existing residential neighborhood and is close to the downtown business district.   HAA conducted a two-day work session with the municipal staff, neighbors, shop owners and city residents to determine the best direction for development. By building consensus with the stakeholders, the development team was able to create a residential environment acceptable to the community. The plan would ultimately provide up to 80 new residential units in a traditional neighborhood setting.
