YEAR: 2008

Built during a comprehensive transformation of the Luxor brand, this design incorporates the traditional elements you would expect from a high end steakhouse such as dark woods and rich leathers but pulls forward a generation or two with its clean lines and black accents.  Completed in association with Thomas Schoos of Los Angeles, this remodel expands and opens the bar and redefines the kitchen area.  Accented by raised millwork panels, the artwork is at once austere and yet warm.  Add to that, custom wine cases throughout and the Tender is a lavish and hip new destination location at the south end of the Las Vegas Strip.

In association with a reliable group of consultants, Hamilton Anderson Associates (HAA) was able to accommodate a tight construction schedule and a difficult structural issue.  Also, MiG West constructed the renovation and provided seamless transitions between many entities to keep the project within a set of rigid goals.
