River Place Apartments engaged the services of Hamilton Anderson Associates to guide the renovation effort to meet the various market demands and provide interior design for current trends and upgraded luxury residential standards.  The six million dollar project was planned for Buildings 400 and 500, and the roof deck penthouses of Building 600.  Prototype apartments of varying sizes and amenities were chosen by the Property Asset Manager, with building entry lobbies and corridors to be redesigned.  Also the center courtyard of Building 600 is planned for a more amenable common courtyard.  The designs for the units established a budget friendly one bedroom apartment, an open plan two bedroom two bath apartments, upgraded master suite baths and island kitchens in the luxury apartments.  Finishes ranged from economical industrial to luxury custom
