The concept of the restaurant is a play on a Spanish Fish Market. The bar, dining and private dining areas are located inside, along with a tempura bar, fish and lobster tank and fish market. Outside, patrons will enjoy a crab cooking bar with covered dining tables, swing seats and lounge sofas.

The display of the preparation of the dishes are central to the dining experience. Wall artwork includes three underwater murals, along with an artisan painted canoe paddle wall installation.
