Stakeholders requested solutions that would provide greater visibility and physical access to their buildings, while improving the business and residential environment.
Plans for the historic boulevard included pedestrian areas at intersections, increased parking, visibility and landscaping, and complete road reconstruction and restoration.
Several existing sculptures were removed, cleaned reinstalled in appropriately scaled settings.
The result is a cohesive district with lighting, landscaping and prominently displayed public artwork.
