Developed by Queen Lillian and The Platform and constructed by Sachse Construction, this 5-story building has a variety of attractive retails spaces available on the ground floor and feature a number of tenant amenity spaces that rivals any development in town. The building’s design attempts to recognize the subtle shift in the Woodward street grid, recognizing that Woodward is not perpendicular to the cross-streets in much of Midtown. The building also achieves a vertical character by orienting the materials and incised balconies in a way that reflects the architectural context of this important parcel.
